This October, step into a pop-up yoga sanctuary, designed to help you unwind, ground, and reconnect. Whether you're seeking stress relief, inner clarity and calm, health cultivation or a deeper spiritual path.

Our sessions are open to everyone – from first-time practitioners to seasoned seekers. Rooted in ancient wisdom and adapted for modern life, the practices are simple, effective, and transformative.

I feel passionate about sharing traditional Dharmic teachings and practices. To study and most importantly to be a student through life.

The body mind connection has been of great interest to me, to learn to arrive in the body instead of being so much in the headspace. I am intrigued by our minds, and how it works. How the thoughts and emotions control and affect us, and how to digest emotions so that they don´t get stuck in our bodies.

After living a fast paced life working in tv, djing and hosting clubnites on the side I decided to start living a slower and more mindful life.

I am based in Oslo, Norway. Occasionally I hold Stress Relief courses in Orkanger, Trøndelag.
